National Conference on Youth in Social Change

DaanUtsav, the nationwide festival of giving, is celebrated every year from the 2nd to 8th of October. Enthusiastic participation from all the institutions of Manipal University drives the weeklong celebrations to a success, touching countless lives in the process. Vocalizing the concept of charity and giving back to society, the festival is a shining example of the social good that can be achieved when society puts its mind to it. This one of its kind conference held on 5th and 6th August 2017, aimed to sensitize India to bring a social change and promote Daan Utsav, especially among the youth and the student community in India.It featured more than 500+ participants from all around the country and eminent panelists and speakers and top Entrepreneurs, NGOs, CSOs, CSR Heads, Social Groups among others.
